This Custom SMS Course is a specialized five-day program that spans roughly 45 hours. This program focuses on Hostage Rescue and Active Killer response. Throughout the course, we'll concentrate on Priorities, Intents, and Actions, and always consider the "Why?" while covering key components such as inner-room movement, critical decision-making, transitional spaces, and legal considerations.

Program Refund & Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellation sixty (60) days before the program’s start date: Full Refund
– Cancellation fifty-nine (59) days to thirty (30) days before the program’s start date: $100.00 administration fee
– Cancellation twenty-nine (29) days or less: No refund, but it could be credited to another program.
